BIOS Update Issue

I updated the BIOS for my Intel DH55HC motherboard and now it crashes after the the startup as a few applications open. I get the blue memory dump screen and it restarts. Then I tried it in safe mode and it worked fine in that. I was wondering what should be done and how? I'm running a Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit version.

  12. Nope I didn't. Wouldn't know how to, to be honest. I'd like to know in case of a faulty bios upgrade what should one do? I heard about flashing the mobo?
