Upgrading CPU on cq5620f computer

So I found the kinds of accepted CPUs for the mother board like the Amd phenom ii x4 Deneb . My question is will the 125 watts kill my motherboard I bought a new power unit several years ago that os 125 watts or more

If you are refering to the PSU being 125W, you have an extremely tiny PSU. That won't do the job. Are you sure you are reading the specs correctly? I've never seen a 125W PSU for a desktop. It is a desktop, not a laptop we are talking, right?
