Hi guys I want to add a graphic card to my PC with following specs.
Money is not an issue. I just want the best card which won't be bottle-necked by the CPU.

Since money is no option you should consider a new CPU with that video card also.
If you do not want to buy a new PC then you can upgrade your current platform with a new dual/tri core cpu and a 5670 or similar from the 6000 series. At the resolution you mentioned you do not need to buy a faster video card than the ones you mentioned, just to add a better CPU.

Just reread your post, you also need at list 2 Gb of RAM minimum for games to work properly.

So you need RAM, CPU and a new video card.

CPU:
1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103886 -triple core
2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103896 -dual core or similar on socket AM3.

I'm saving for i7 rig. It will take a while. So do you have any GPU suggestions. I may consider upgrade RAM to 3 Gb.

Great price on the video card above. I just grabbed this up at Microcenter yesterday.

http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0347469

But it has a 50 dollar rebate, if you allow them to keep 5 of the rebate, it goes to 45, so you pay 125 up front, but if you do the option of 45, you are supposed to have your rebate in 5-7 days.

Also, if you don't mind used.....

Few of those floating. Maybe a used 9600gt for a stop gap. I agree with the dual core. The sempron may run ok.....but I bought far cry 2 to test out my new 450 with, and I've got an older Athlon x2 5400 at 2.8 ghz and 4 gb of ddr2, that setup actually maxes that game at 1680x1050. I think you would see some improvement. Sell your old parts on ebay or craigslist and then your upgrade does not hurt so bad.
