Is my motherboard frying USB drives?

I just built a computer with Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H motherboard but i been have problems with the usb 3.0 ports on it, the first time i used it, it burned mt usb 2.0 flash drive then later it made a usb 3.0 drive stop working on any usb 2.0 ports. After I pluged in another usb 2.0 drive it worked fine until i place it in an usb 2.0 port in a different pc and it heated up and stopped working. is it the port's problem or am I just having bad luck with my drives or its it driver problems?

These USB drives, are they noname drives or good ones?

Usb 3 is Adata and the other usb 2 is Kingston , cant remember the other one

OK, those are good quality drives. I'm not sure what's going on.
