Graphics: nVidia Quadro 600 1gb - $179 on eBay
Case: CoolerMaster Elite 335 Case - $45 (is this too cheap?)
PSU: Corsair 430CX ATX Power Supply Unit - $58
Optical: Lite-On SATA DVD RW - $25
Monitor: LG 23" W2343T-PF 5ms HD DVI - $148

I am also wondering if it would be possible to use a Xeon E3 1245 ($289) with a H67 motherboard ($100), and use the integrated P3000 graphics on the xeon instead of buying the Quadro 600. This would bring the total down to $796. Is this combo compatible? or is it necessary to get a C206 motherboard to use xeon?
