Adding GPU to Mobo with onboard Radeon 4290

Is it possible to add additional GPU to MSI 890GXM-G65, considering that it already has radeon 4290 integrated GPU? if so, what would be compatible to run along side the onboard graphics?

As long as you mobo has vacant PCI-E slot,you can add another Gpu to it.But you won't be able to Hybrid crossfireX them i.e your new card and the 4290 won't work simultaneously on your system.you'll have to disable one to get the another one working.
