Intel pentium p1600

What is better, a Pentium P1600 with 4GB RAM or a Intel Core i3 with 3GB RAM? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

If you're comparing laptop cpus, go for the i3. The difference between 3 and 4 gb is small.
