H61 or PH67

Hello,
Since this is my first message here, I would kindly ask for someone to help me clarify a situation regarding MBs. Tell me what are the differences between GA-H61MA-D3V and GA-PH67-UD3-B3? I am not a fan of overclocking, yet, I would have an i5 2320 on it.

Mostly it is the chip set on the board, more features included in the H67 chip set.
