Dvi to vga adapter affecting kvm

Hello,
My PC uses a dvi to vga adapter and its the only reason I can come up why 2 KVMs will not display on my samsung LCD monitor. The monitor work fine when directly connected to the adapter but when I atttach it to a KVM the NO SIGNAL goes away but there nothing but a blank screen. Do I need a special adapter? Im using the one that came with the video card.

Check the specifications of the KVM. Make sure it can actually handle the resolution you're trying to display.
