Can my GX 750W Cooler Master run this build?

Hi guys, I'm currently upgrading my old q6600 CPU, MOBO and Vid Card.

I'm getting the i7 2600K
My Mobo will be the P8P67
Vid Card Sapphire HD 6870 1 GB

I don't want to buy everything from scratch and I recently bought this PSU a year ago.

Will my gx 750w cooler master run this system fine? Will the new CPU and mobo put to much stress on it?

Ah ok thanks guys, does the i7 require less wattage then the q6600 or about the same?

tdp is 95watts for the 2600K and 105watts for the Q6600, looks like we are getting more energy efficient.
