Display, keyboard and mouse connectivity issue

My computer turns on properly but it does not seem to connect with the display, the keyboard and the mouse. As a test I connected them to my laptop and there was no problem.

Fans are working just fine and I can even eject the DVD drive, for example. I was able to use my computer earlier today but the problem appeared after I moved the computer back from my friend's place.

I've tried to solve the problem by dusting and unplugging the power supply but it doesn
t seem to work.

I appreciate any ideas before I take my computer to the professionals.

  1. Problem solved. Mobo's PCI-E slot was somewhat broken and there was no connection between the mobo and the graphic card.
