Cpu temerature to hot

hello sadly i have a hp pavlion elite 500y with a phenom x6 1045t ,i upgraded my graphics card to a 6770 and psu , since i got them installed cpu is running hot ,just tried bf3 and it got up to 70 degrees , want to know if there is a cpu fan and heatsink that will work on my cpu or fit , also will downgrading my graphics card help , even when im online it gets up to 55 degrees just bought two fans got it down a little but still temp is very high, i have a week to decide on returning graphics card, here is some of the specs and images of my pc ,please help this is my last option dont want to go back to old graphics card ,want to play bf3 at any settings with temps at ok settings

That case was probably designed for office PCs, thus having poor airflow. You should get a new case.
