Major issue with Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2

There was recently a lightning storm near my home home, and (I know, I clearly need one) did not have a surge protector hooked up to my desktop.

Now, when I power the system up, my Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 motherboard has error lights as follows: 1:green 2:green 3:orange 4:red

Also, the computer does not appear to even be loading the bios; it just has power running through it, the fan remains on a constant speed, nothing appears on screen, and it doesnt appear to be accessing the hard drive.

I appreciate all of the help I can get guys, this computer has some very important stuff on it and it is also my primary-use machine.

Thanks in advance,
Harvey
