Can you use it? Yes it will work. Should you start a build on the 775 platform, absolutely not. Look into either and am3/+ or 1155 build for any modern system. I would also look into a slightly higher quality psu (Antec, Corsair, Seasonic etc..) as Cooler Master is higher quality than a generic like diablotek, but still is not known for being a strong psu manufacturer.

Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, Silverstone or XFX. Are the brands to go for pretty much.

Antec HGC-series or Corsairs TX series are priced about the same and both good choices. The ~650 range of course is about £70.
but the HCG-520 is about £55

~500W good for single graphics card machines
~650W good for dual graphics cards with 1 6pin PCIe connector (up to Radeon 6850 Crossfire)
~750W good for dual graphics cards with 2 6pin PCIe connectors ( up to 6950 Crossfire/560Ti SLI )
~850W good for GTX570 SLI, Radeon 6970 Crossfire
~950W good for GTX580 SLI
