Are any of these a good pre-build gaming system?

I'm looking to buy a new PC that is good in general for most things but better for gaming. I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I would like something that will last at least a little while and run the games I do have without any glitches. My current one runs Bulletstorm and Dead Rising 2 just fine but struggles with the Assassin's Creed series.

I have looked around and done some research but I'm really not that tech savvy so I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for half the time. I have found the following pre-builds and was wondering if any of those were any good?

Pre-build 1 (cheapest option)

iBUILD™ AMD Gaming Performance Custom PC,
CoolerMaster Elite 430 Case,
CoolerMaster 700W Silent Pro M700 Modular PSU,
ASUS M4A89GTD-PRO: 4x Rear USB2.0 2x Rear USB 3.0 1x Rear Firewire,
AMD Phenom™ II X4 955 Quad-Core 3.2GHz 8MB Cache,
Standard CPU Cooling Fan,
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz,
500GB 7200RPM SATA II,
22x DVD RW Black SATA,
nVidia GeForce GTX 580 1536MB,
Microsoft Windows XP Home,
Built-in audio,
2 Year Parts & Labour Return to Base Warranty Includes 2 Year Free Collect & Return
(I can change the OS to Windows 7 if needed, I'm just far too used to XP to give it up unless totally necessary.)

If all three are bad could anyone tell me what the best thing I should look for is? I'm in the UK and my budget is around £950-£1100 (And if it matters at all, my resolution is 1440x900)

Thanks in advance if anyone has any advice.

Thanks for the input so far. I've no intention to upgrade my monitor though, I've only recently gotten this one and it's just the right size for me. I'll look into the advice though.
