Heyy chaps

Im woundering if you could get a fan controller of some sort which can turn off fan off or make the RPM really low...

for example

I have two fans on the top(outtake)
two fans on the H60(outtake)
and one fan on the front...(intake)

when watching a movie use the fan controller to which the top two off and the front one leaving the h60 on its own....

Is this possible?

You don't want to lower the RPM, You want to make it higher. The higher the RPM, the cooler the system. Sometimes I use speedfan to make my RPM 4500 on Fan 1 and around 2500 on fan 2. All my cores and stuff immediately go right down to 30 C. But if you are trying to do that I suggest turning all your PWM's up to 100% and seeing how you go from there.

He wants to lower the RPM in certain circumstances when heat shouldn't be an issue and noise is.

Anyway, since you seem to like the store anyways have a looky:

One of these MAY suit your needs, but look into it first. I never managed to control any fans through speedfan, but it may depend on setup etc.
