GPU failure.. :/

Long story short. I reinstalled drivers, checked temps, did sys restore on my pc, reinstalled drivers. Ran the witcher 2 and it does this. It's never done this. I'm at a complete loss for ideas. I'm beginning to thing it's just finally taken a **** on me. I've only had it for a few months though lol....

You haven't really explanied what exactly is going on/wrong.All you've given us is a picture.Plz explain what problems your having?

I figured it was self explanatory. After all a picture is worth a thousand words. It first started when i was plying crysis 2. It bsod'd. Tried it again, and it crashed. My pc told me my gpu driver failed or something along those lines. I then reinstalled the drivers. and it no longer bsod'd but under load (or sometimes even not) it just went blank. Or gave a plain blue screen. [insert my first post here.]

CPU: 1090T
GPU: HD Radeon 6850
MB: Gigabyte 870a-ud3
HDD: 1tb 7200RPM
RAM: 4 sticks=8gb
32" HDTV
Heatsink: Corsair H50
PSU: 700-750W (I forgot)

I've had issue before with my 6870 and Crysis 2.It would crash my GPU and come back with the same Driver failed error.
Does it happen in any other game?If it doesn't then it's just the way Crysis 2 works.

The Witcher 2. Minecraft classic. I think it did it to me in Unleashed 2. And some other game i can't remember the name of.

I'm not sure then.The same thing happend to me with Crysis 2 and BFBC2.Someone wrote a bad code somewhere for either the game(s) or the 68xx series.
I'm pretty sure it's the 68xx series.
Only thing you can do is wait until AMD release's a driver to fix it,thats what i'm doing.

Your 6870 does the same thing? So it's not just MY card but everyones?

It's possible it's everyone's but I ahven't heard much about it.This happend to me about 2 months ago and AMD's drivers have still not fixed it.Wish you could flash a GPU's BIOS somehow I bet that would fix it.

Going to run prime 95 and make sure it's nothing else. I'm 90% sure it's not but oh well.

What are you trying to stress CPU or GPU?

If you want to stress the GPU use MSI Kombuster.

It's definitly a GPU issue.

What model 6850 do you have? Saphire?

Have you O.C.'d it at all?

It's a stock powercolor. No oc.
