Asrock 970 extreme 3 computer wont sleep

I just finished a build using an ASRock 970 Extreme3 mobo with an AMD FX4100 Processor and a clean install of Windows 7 Premium OEM.
Everything works perfectly except for sleep mode or auto display-off. I've tried the Windows and the ASRock utility to set up the off time but its not working and all my drivers and BIOS are up to date. Any ideas?
