CPU upgrade

I have a AMD athlon 2 x4 635 @2.9 ghz with a asus m4a79xtd evo motherboard, 1 stick of 4 gb of ddr3 (1600) ram (I'm getting another stick of the same ram in a day or two) and a gtx 560 ti factory oc'ed, a hyper 212 +, and a antec DF-85 case. I would like a better processor and motherboard because I'm getting BF3 and some new pc games. As far as budget goes i have around $450 to spend. I am also willing to overclock the processor. Can anyone recommend anything or should i wait a while for intel's new processors ?
Any help is welcome, THANKS !
Also, I need the motherbord to have usb 3.0 and 6gb/sec and full atx.

I would wait for black friday if you live in the states. Look for a combo with the 2100 or 2120, or better the 2500K. If you don't live in the states, Dec and Jan are good times to buy closeout stuff. Newegg sometimes has open box 2500k for $133. z68 boards are around $100.

You should overclock your current CPU, it should be fine. Save until the next gen of CPUs.

Yea i live in the states.... If I do decide to buy on black friday I'm buying online because there is no way I'm fighting my way through a store like I did (tried) last year. lol

Do you have a Microcenter nearby? They have insane deals on CPU and motherboard combos. I got this recently:

Although I got also got $40 off the motherboard, it looks like they're not doing that anymore. But either way, still good deals.
