Your case is a bit expensive.

You can downgrade the PSU to 600w or so.

As far as processors go in games, more than a four-core is practically useless, so you can downgrade to an AMD Phenom II 465.

You can probably find a less-expensive mobo.

Use the money subtracted by the above cuts to upgrade to a GTX 570. Then it should run great. :)
