Problem with ATI 3650

i have ati HD 3650. My motherboard is Abit NF-M2SV. I can't get that card working. It doesn't show nothing at all not even the bios. I tried ati 4670 in that board and that worked without changing bios settings but 3650 doesn't work.I tired different settings. I tried 3650 in another computer and it worked. Integrated card works. If i connect monitor cable to integrated card and boot machine with 3650 i will see something like Updating K8 information....Update success or something like that. I also see it when i put in other cards but these show it through card not integrated. So how can i get it working?

Power supply watts are enough and tried with diffrent ram module.
