I need help fast! Order Cancelled!

I tried to save a few bucks last week and ordered a Sapphire Radeon HD6950 2gb ddr5 from Superbizz - 4 days late a female speaking some strange form of English told me they couldn't deliver to my address - wouldn't GPS out or something! So, I no longer have a GPU coming - everything else from the Egg should deliver tomorrow (to that address). Here's what I've got coming:

The 6950 was probably overkill in the first place - I play FSX and I was trying to put together something that would run multiple monitors and maybe throw in an LCD TV. Other than FSX its a lot of surfing, a little porn, Fox News, YouTube, Vids ... I live on my computer - Is there perhaps a multiple card arrangement that would do what I want in the same or similar (250-300 $ US range? I really do need some advice ASAP! Thanks.

Right now I only have 1600 by 900 - so That will have to change - Looking at 3 - either 2 and a LCD TV or 3 monitors.

I bought a HD6870 - has Eyefinity - when I can afford it I'll get another. Picked his as the best answer based on all of his replies.

If you are interested in Eyefinity the HD6950, preferably 2gb, is really the way to go imo.
