Audio file specifications for MX250

We are installing the Zultys MX250 phone systems and we have a on-hold music production with music and voice over that will be played for our on hold messaging. What are the exact audio file specifications that this system requires for the final delivery of the productions?

Why don't you work with your vendor? Setting up a full phone system is no light task and you should have plenty of support from where you bought the system.

I'd guess you need .wav files.
