yesterday, i cleaned my cpu and power supply heatsink and fans. i had not got thermal jel so i use toothpaste. as a result my system tempature decrease about 5~10 C. After my PC boot and open normally. Up till now, it hasnt freezed and hasnt restarted.
CPU tempature (on system free): 65~C
system temp. (on system free): 45~50C
are this values normal?
today i wil try your suggestions, hard drive test.
Meanwhile, thanks for your quick answer

CPU temperature below 70C should be OK. However, toothpaste is not a good substitution of thermal paste for the heatsink. You had better to get the thermal paste for your heatsink. Normally, the temperature of CPU will go higher if the system is heavy loading. If the temperature of CPU is ove 70C, it may cause the system freeze, reboot or shut down.

my problem still continue in spite of CPU temperature below 70C. i tested harddisk with wd Data Lifeguard Diagnostic(result: test complate without errors). Where is problem? there are two possibility CPU or mainboard. Meanwhile, when i restart pc after freeze, bios speaker dont beep.
Today i get this error message after restart:
unaligned pointer 0Xdffa3c35c
aborted press any key to exit

Can you do the system restore to the preivous date? One of the updates may cause the freeze issue.

yes i can but, in another OS's (linux distros), result is same. in my opinion CPU or motherboard cause this problem.
