Problem with running at 1600Mhz

Tags:

Hello guys, I'm having problem with my RAM Kingston HyperX 1600 (KHX1600C9AD3B1K2/4G). Actually I don't know is it exactly problem or probably question because I don't know how to do it correctly.
I'll tell you my specs just in case you need them:
MB: ASUS P5Q3 Deluxe/WiFi-AP @n
CPU: Intel E7200
GPU: MSI RX3870
PSU: Dell 330w
I'm not too good in overclocking and I don't want to blow up the things so I decided to ask here because I did it once about PSU and I've got some good answers.
Everything in my BIOS is Default(Auto) which mean my RAM is running at 1066Mhz. I choosed to run it at 1600Mhz but it overclocked my CPU and it crashed in COD MW2 probably because my PSU has only 330w. I guess that's the reason why my PC crashed. My question is can I run my RAM at 1600Mhz without to overclock my CPU. There's program AI Booster integrated in AI Suite where you can overclock your PC also but there's no 1600Mhz.
