Also, your mobo and processor are not compatible, as I don't think that intel mobos are compatible with AMD processors. You need to go all-intel or all-AMD (I would suggest all-AMD, it's cheaper and performs just as well).

Hi! First I would not buy the AMD Phenom II x4 965, I would go with the AMD Phenom II x4 955 because it is the exact same as the 965 except the clock rate, which you can easily OC the 955 to 3.4GHz
As Qwerty said, you can go with a cheaper PSU
