it could very well possibly be caused by the x-fi to be honest. I've had my x-fi extreme music give the IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL BSOD numerous time before figuring out exactly what was causing it. Try removing it and running it for a day or two and see if it blue screens then.

Oops.. seems I mixed up the ram sticks when testing individually. Tested them individually again and found a bad stick. System seems to be stable now. :]
