Z77-D3H Bios startup freeze

Hello, I am having a problem with booting. I got a GA-Z77-D3H, and I've installed an Ivy Bridge i5-3570k with it, 4gb of ram ddr3 1600. But when it boots the bios logo appears (American Megatrends) and freezes like this.. Also there was only one bent pin in the cpu place before I installed it, or maybe bios needs to be updated? thanks for reading.

Well actually I've cleared CMOS and I think it's working correctly now, im sure it has been used before because I won that motherboard through a contest. Thanks everybody for reading this
