Please suggest speaker system for my pc for $50?

Hey guys. I am looking to replace my old speakers. These are the Creative SBS A200 2.1 System. Recently the Subwoofer has started making a wierd noise. I mostly play games. I would by either 2.0 or 2.1 system as i dont have space for 5.1 . Although i am a bit hesitant to buy a 2.1 system since i have not had a good experience with them but if it is highly rated , then i will buy it. I live in India and my budget is Rs.3000 ($65) . But since computer parts are expensive here than the U.S. so i would like you to suggest systems priced under $50.
Preffered brands- Logitech , Creative , Altec , Sony , Phillips. But i would like other suggestions as well.
Use - I will use them mostly to play games. I rarely listen to music.

I've owned logitech speakers (same set) for over 7 years now. They are great quality, and very durable.

honestly, i keep my Sub at level 2. Its ridiculously powerful, and if i crank it to level 10, it vibrates my whole desk and floor. The sub is good...

Nope...never had any sort of distorted sound or crackling/buzzing sound.
