Hello, just received my new 4850 from HIS wich i tested 3 days in Vista 64 and worked well but now i moved to Windows 7 and i get a weird problem.
Anywhere i use 75Mhz screen frequency i get flickering red dots allover. Doesnt matter, desktop, game , program, anything as long as it uses 75Mhz. I had to manually adjust some games in regedit to force 60Mhz so no flickering.

I have the 9.4 Ati catalist for Win 7. I dunno wtf is causing this ...stupid... bug or whatever. I understand i`m using a beta OS so i`m not complaing so much, maybe some1 else had this and found a fix.

AMD Athlon x2 4400+ 2.7Ghz OC
Asus M2N-E mobo
His Ati HD4850 512
4x1Gb Corsair memory

My monitor is a 19" iiYama, it can use 60 and 75Mhz, i used for 1 year 75 wtf, so its not him. Weird is that this is the same driver i used for Vista. Its multi OS i guess for 64bit ... so its clearly some conflict with Win7 or whatever.

Any ideeas ???

hmm..why not 75? cause i cant? You can right? why cant i?

And newly installed games go to 75 so i have to adjust every1 of them in regedit or whatever to 60. + my iiYama monitor does not work in 2ms refresh rate in 60mhz from what i heard.

Anyway its a bugger that it dosnt work...
