Video Card Upgrade with ?pcix?

Im looking to upgrade from the on-board 512mb to at least 1GB but this whole x1 x32..etc has me a bit confused to the fact i dont want to buy a card i cant use

Would like to get at least a Radeon 4000 Series or Radeon 5000 Series Card but having trouble trying to figure out what card goes with my motherboard

Pick whichever card fits your budget. Your motherboard has 1 PCI-Express x16 slot so any PCI-Express x16 card will work as long as your power supply meets it's requirements.

Oh all that info and i left out that i have a 450W power supply so i figure it should be able to power any budget to mid level PCI-Express x16 card?
