Is 350w good for an adequate graphics card?

If I want to get a new graphics card, like, a really nice one, would 325 to 350W handle it well? or would I need more?

If you're looking in the $200~$240 range the Radeon HD 6950 is very popular and is suggested in the THG article: Best Graphics Cards For The Money: October 2011

Sapphire Tech lists the system requirements for it's Radeon HD 6950 video and suggests a 500W PSU for a single HD 6950 system.
If you plan to overclock CPU & GPU, add extra case fans and a few more than the usual number of components you'll want to up the PSU a bit more besides.

I would not suggest running a Radeon HD 6950 on a 350w PSU. Even if it was a Seasonic PSU; my preferred premium brand for PSUs.

Without knowing what the current PC specs are and exactly which PSU the poster has... at best I would probably recommend is a Radeon HD 6770. Assuming it is a high quality PSU.
