How not to have this thing

Hi i upgraded form xp to win7 and when in win 7 there was a epu6engine missing that i liked
so I did put the dvd from asus taht came with my p6tdeluxe v2 to install it and there were other stuff interesting to install so I did install all

then I have been scared cause me pc went in dos and it seenmed like he wanted to reinstall mother board bios so I said no and took out hte dvd

i got my epu 5engine

but at each start, the linked window open asking me to put dvd in to complete

i just want it to stop, i can not find it in my pc with search
