What video card to get for watching movies

I have a low profile Dell optiplex which I want to use as a media center. I am connecting it to a led tv and 5.1 surround sound receiver. I'm looking for a video card which I can transmit hd video and 5.1 audio for a low price. The problem is that this computer only has a pci slot. So I guess I'm looking for a low profile pci video card which transmit both sound and video. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I could be wrong but I don't think there are any PCI graphics cards that can do sound and video.

I have a ATI 4670. It had some sound HMDI option but I disabled it.

Anyway, for a PCI slot... I just looked on NewEgg, they looked kind of expensive. Not much people trying to get a PCI card. I would suggest eBay.

So I went another route and just set up my ps3 to stream from the computer and then go hdmi out to my tv. Quality is great and there is no more lag. I guess I'll just stick with this option for the time being. Thanks anyways guys.
