ASCII PASSWORD REMOVAL

Hello,
I bought a FMV B8230 on non-tested sales but discovered it came with an ASCII Password that would not allow it boot. How do I address this please

You should contact Fujitsu-Siemens' support. Passwords should normally not be very easy to reset.
