Hello, I have a problem with the ATi HD4670 512mb colorful, worked 2 years without problem.No recently, such an error:

Just read up on your problem here.
1. reinstall your graphics card then reboot a couple times
2. your power supply might be on its last legs and not putting enough power to your card
3. one of you error codes points to your ram. you might have a bad stick of ram now
4. updating your bios might help as well
