Corsair Vengeance- CAS 9 or 8?

Ok so I need to upgrade my memory from whats in my sig because it isnt compatible with my Crosshair V mobo. These 2 ram sets are, and I am trying to decide which to get:

They both are the same, save for the timings and prices. I'm just wondering if the CAS 8 ram is really worth $20 more than CAS 9.

P.S: I moved this to the CPU section since it has more traffic. I didnt get any replies in the memory section.
