  1. Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums!

I suggest either Corsair HX750 or Corsir HX850 - both Modular PSUs.

I have the HX850 in use for almost two years; very satisfied!
  2. A good quality 650W psu is all that's required.
Total system power draw with an oc'd i7 9xx and GTX460 sli is like 450W.
  3. Here is a Thermaltake review for a 750W that failed basic tests miserably.

I would stay away from the brand myself.

Most people here suggest Antec, Seasonic, and Corsair and others made by those companies (like XFX) as top of the line, and I would stick with those.

    - Edit - From the thermaltake review, quite possibly the worst ripple results I have ever seen http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/fullimage.php?image=22207

    Where do you live?
    What's your psu max budget?
  5. THX for all the replies. I live in the midwest, and lowest possible with quality.

  7. I recently ordered an XFX 650 off of Tigerdirect.com that was $60 after mail in rebates. They may still have the same deal if you hurry. It should probably work for those specs.
