It looks like you could, but I´ve read several reviews in newegg saying that you could have trouble.
But first what´s your power supply?
I think 2 x 8800 GTX will require a quality PSU, and why you don´t buy a new GPU?? You can keep your old 8800 GTX for PHYSX.

Yes it will run, 750i after all is meant for sli boards like the nforce4, 650i/a, 680i/a, 750i/a, 780i/a, and on up. That board will run sli.
