<$1100 Build Critique Wanted

Hi, I just wanted some advice/critique on a build I'm working on for a relative. The purpose of the rig is for gaming. Priorities involve high-quality and reliable parts and he best "bang for your buck".

Certain things I do not want (and will not be included in the rig at all): SSD, sound card, after-market GPU cooler

Here's what I have in mind...

DVD/RW: ASUS DRW-24B1ST Black SATA 24x DVD Burner - $21

Case: NZXT Phantom ATX Full Tower - $120
Fan: NZXT FN-140RB 140mm (for front intake)

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500gb 7200 RPM SATA III 3.5" - $40

GPU: EVGA GTX570 SuperClocked 1280mb 320-bit GDDR5 - $325

PSU: SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W - $85

RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8gb DDR3 1333MHz - $50 (insanely cheap, since when has RAM been so cheap!?)

Mobo: Biostar TP67XE LGA 115 Intel P67 SATA III USB 3.0 ATX - $125

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz LGA 1155 95W Quad Core - $220
Cooler: CORSAIR H60 - $70

TOTAL: $1065
(-$40 in MIRs)

Best solution

RAM has been this cheap for awhile. Cost usually depends on the speed of the ram.
Besides that, your build is pretty so
Although i suggest getting a 1TB HDD. You can go through 500GB pretty quickly
