AMD Athlon(tm) II Dual-Core M300 Undervolting Help

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. The laptop is a G61-320US HP Notebook. 2 years old. I have to clean it but I don't have compressed air at the moment and have to purchase some. Minimum temp, 86C, max temp, 96C. I would like to undervolt it for now just to increase the performance and reduce the temp about 10 - 15C. However RMClock doesn't work for me. Can anyone give me a guide to doing this?

Undervolting will not increase performance. Andwhile undervolting may reduce the CPU temps, a laptop will not have that adjustment available.

I thought with the decreased temp, cpu throttling could be stopped and that fraction of power could return to the comp. Also what adjustment do you mean? I don't quite understand. Thanks for the quick reply by the way.
