I use a Geforce GTX460 and it runs my games great at 1680x1050resolution. I can't always have max settings but I don't have to give much up. Anything at or greater than my card should work perfect for you.

If you do upgrade your power supply make sure its from a decent brand and has one of those 80Plus Certifications

Right now, my Radeon HD 5770 is runningg Witcher 2@1920x1080 on high few setting off, but its running smooth, up to 37FPS, but at that resolution probably will do better. To run it, I think you might need to upgrade the PSU for sure, right now this is a hard to say NO deal honestly, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371044&cm_re=earth_watts_650-_-17-371-044-_-Product , for the GPU you have like 135 left check this out, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150447
Nvidia http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814134130

IF you find a decent PSU on a deal for like $45-50, then get one of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130591
