New Build Thoughts

Hey guys this isn't a totally new build but I am upgrading a bunch of components and already upgraded the power supply and case. What do you guys think of this build. I will be using this computer for gaming mostly, as well as viewing hd movies, surfing the web, etc. But mostly gaming. I will be overclocking the cpu to around 4.5ghz stable as well.

Intel Core i5 2500K LGA 1155 Intel Processor (Overclocking into mid 4.5Ghz range)
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600mhz
ASUS P8P67 R3.1 LGA 1155 P67 ATX Intel Motherboard
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus Universal CPU Cooler
Cooler Master HAF 912 Gaming Case
Kingwin 750W MK Black Series Power Supply
1.5TB External 7200RPM Hard Drive
640GB Internal Seagate HDD


In terms of video card I was thinking either a GTX 570 or HD 6970 for my next purchase after the build is done, I have a low end radeon 3650 256mb ddr2, I will be using for now.

BTW, I will be gaming at hd 720p with my 32'' samsung hd tv via hdmi cable. The resolution will probable be either 1280x720 or somewhere near that range. Just something to take into consideraton. I won't be Crossfiring or SLI'ing video cards either.
