ASUS P6T Mobo Problem

Having a problem with an ASUS Mobo in an NZXT Case with an Intel i7-920 processor. When clicking shut off in Win7, the unit shuts down as it is supposed to, then about 10 seconds later, it starts the computer back up again. I've tried most of the solutions listed in these forums, but still no kuck. Any ideas?

Have you tried disconnecting the start button wires from the board after the computer is booted into Windiows, then shutting down and see if it starts on its own again? If it doesn't, it's the button shorting out. If it does start on its own again, it would be a board problem.
