Building First Gaming Computer - Need Advise/Input !!

Approximate Purchase Date: Sometime this week.

Budget Range: Up to $700 before rebates.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Gaming, Gaming, Movies, Photoshop

Parts Not Required: Don't need a keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, Tigerdirect, any reliable websites that I can purchas the bulk of my items.
Country of Origin: U.S.

Parts Preferences: No real preferance, reliable brands that are popular.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920 x1080 is my max resolution

You shouldn't have a problem getting to 3.8 - 4.0ghz on stock voltage.
