Compatibility questions.

I just waned to make sure my ram and motherboard are compatible.
Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model
Motherboard: ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s

Yep. only one stick.

Well your motherboard is a dual channel but a single stick would run pretty good as well.
