This is $765 before MIR and $700 after MIR. I understand this is over your budget but the products are all justifiable. You may run your nVidia in SLI in the future, H61/67 can only run x16/x4 max so there will be a bottleneck for your second graphic card. P67 has x8/x8 which is good. P67 also has overclocking and the i5-2500k is simply badass for overclocking. People can push it to 4.0 on stock heatsink no voltage bump even! The 560ti is the card you want to get. 550 ti simply sucks and you prefer nVidia. I wouldn't go for the older generation 460 because that's going to be a dead end soon. The Antec HCG 750 will be enough to run another 560 ti when you decide to add another one.

You could get that one on newegg and upgrade the GPU to a GTX 560 for ~$200 down the line a bit. That would work fairly well, if you don't want to build everything yourself. If you buy the premade computer and it works well, you could spend ~$500 on a GTX 580 in a year or two. If you would rather get a slightly better computer and build it yourself (which is more of a hassle), you could go for this:

mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128495&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Motherboards+-+Intel-_-GIGABYTE-_-13128495 $100

RAM: http://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Technology-Modules-KHX1600C9D3K2-8GX/dp/B0037TO5C0/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1312174274&sr=1-5 $55

CPU: http://www.amazon.com/Intel-i5-2500-Processor-3-3GHz-LGA1155/dp/B004EBUXI0 $200

GPU: http://www.amazon.com/PNY-NVIDIA-GeForce%C2%AE-PCI-Express-VCGGTX560TXPB/dp/B004INH10C $225

DVD Drive: http://www.amazon.com/Sony-SATA-Internal-Drive-AD-7260S-0B/dp/B003MRHOQG $25

HDD: http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Spinpoint-3-5-Inch-Internal-HD103SJ/dp/accessories/B002MQC0P8 $60

And any mid-tower or full-tower case should be ok, just do some research. Total ~$700. This would cost the same as upgrading the pre-built one, but it would be more of a hassle and perform a bit better.
