3 Monitor setup

I have been using AnandTech's GPU 2011 benchmark tests to get a rough idea of what I want. I am looking on having a 3 monitor, 1920x1080, setup. I have noticed a significant drop in performance on those benchmarks when on a high resolution. So 2 questions: 1. What card should I get (MUST be under $300)?
2. How many fps will I get when using 5760x1080 resolution?

Also, I noticed that most cards have a max resolution of 2560x1600. Does that mean each monitor or all together. On another note, I will get another of the suggested card in the winter for SLI or Xfire.

I would prefer to go with the 6950, http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150530.I like XFX (double lifetime warranty)! Please use newegg.CA! when making suggestions. How would this card stand up against 3 monitors against, lets say crysis 2?
