My Outlook 2007 and W7 Ultimate x64 works perfectly fine with my Exchange 2003 Server and should not give any concerns with Exch. SVR 08.

There arent really any gotcha's.

Outlook is a client that connects to Exchange. As long as you know where the server is at and you have the appropriate rights/permissions, you connect to it.

As always, take a client and test it out on one system before doing a mass rollout. Once 1 works, roll it out a few more to understand any of your setup issues (if any). Then roll out to everyone.

Kinsula,

What hardware are you deploying to? Also, Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 Support Forum specifically for IT Pros located here http://tinyurl.com/7jq7ps . It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams. You may want to also check the threads available there for additional assistance and feedback.
