Corsair normally makes good PSU's, Just not the CX line lots of DOA's
For budget builds I prefer this PSU.

that ram is overkill. your MB (H61/H67) doesn't support DDR 3 1600 it only supports 1333/1066:

I swapped out the PSU for the Antec, the RAM for the cheaper G-Skill, and the case for the thermaltake. I'm down to $498, and I'm not paying anything for shipping. Thanks everyone!
